Has anybody ever heard or had any dealings with a company called EUROPEAN CITY GUIDE ? Based in Valencia. ?

It's an advertising company who obviously buys other businesses details then sends some paperwork out so that it looks like you want to advertise with them, you sign it thinking it's something else and few weeks later you get an invoice for 900 Euros. You are also accepting to advertise with them for another year after that. The advert is not worth more than 5p (absolutely rubbish). And why would a small local business want to advertise somewhere in Spain!? Does anybody know about spanish law ?Has anybody ever heard or had any dealings with a company called EUROPEAN CITY GUIDE ? Based in Valencia. ?
Report it to your local Trading Standards - they can refer to the OFT in the hopes of getting them blocked, but the jsut pop up again in other guises.
