Does anyone know a good free city of heroes guide to getting to lvl 50?

There are loads of guides available on the official forums. Really, the ';best'; way to make lvl 50 is to make friends, form teams and complete missions. Task/Strike Forces are good for lots of xp, assuming your team knows what they're doing.
